Stars, avant-garde and love for the land
The restaurant Poemas by Hermanos Padrón is fully advised by Canarian chefs Juan Carlos and Jonathan Padrón, awarded with two Michelin stars -the first for Canarian chefs- and three Repsol suns for their restaurant El Rincón de Juan Carlos in Tenerife.
Originally from the island of Tenerife, both decide to display their culinary skills, Juan Carlos in the savoury dishes and Jonathan in the sweets, always around local ingredients that are fused with the most select international products to achieve the balance and flavour that characterises them. A cuisine of roots, which reveres the sea, good produce and market flavours.
The passion for the product has placed the Padrón Brothers on the international map, positioning themselves as leading chefs thanks to their creativity and vision of cooking.
