Stricter cleaning protocols under the supervision of a new hygiene specialist responsible for ensuring the complete disinfection of the hotel. Specific audits will be carried out to verify the new protocols before the hotel opens and the usual audits will be reinforced and regularly verified by our partners.
Reduced room capacity in common and leisure areas (subject to the recommendations from the health authorities at all times).
Unnecessary decorative elements (mainly stationery) will be removed from the rooms.
Staff wear protective equipment, and bed and bathroom linen are washed at temperatures above 60 ºC.
In all common areas and lifts, you will find dispensers with hand sanitising gel.
The hotel will have specific rubbish bins to discard masks and gloves, if needed.
At all our restaurants, the minimum 2-metre safety distance will be observed between the tables.
