Please arrive at the Al Habtoor Palace Bus Stop (departure point) 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
In the rare event of a last-minute technical issue beyond our control, we will promptly contact you to offer options for either rescheduling your tour or receiving a full refund. Your satisfaction and experience are our top priorities, and we appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we work to deliver a memorable Bustronomy experience
Seating Arrangements: Please be aware that seating on the bus is arranged by Bustronomy. If the tour is operating at a higher capacity, you may be seated at a table with other guests.
Important Notice : In the unlikely event of a last-minute mechanical issue beyond our control, the tour may be delayed to a later time or postponed to an alternative date. In such cases, customers will have the option to either reschedule or receive a full refund.
