What should you know before you go?

• As explained on our product details page: The product will be sent via email within the last 24 hours before the start of your booking - subject to our store operation hours. Operating hours (UTC+2 zone & subject to daylight savings): Weekdays from 8 A.M to 2 P.M Weekends from 8 A.M to 4 P.M == The product is usable only on eSIM compatible devices that are not locked by carrier/network provider(having no SIM restrictions). We will not take responsibility or refund cases of customers having incompatible devices. == After you receive your eSIM product please make sure that you have completed all the steps from our quick guide instructions:  
  
  Quick Guide:
  1. Make sure you have a good WiFi connection, preferably not a satellite connection (found on ships or airplanes) nor free WiFis (like cafes or airports), as these might not work.
  2. Go to Settings > Cellular/Mobile Data > Add eSIM / Add Cellular plan.
  3. Scan the eSIM with your phone’s camera to install it.
  4. Find the newly installed eSIM on the list and assign it as the main/primary for cellular data. You might want to deactivate other SIMs/plans, to make sure you avoid charges from the data roaming feature.
  5. ENABLE data roaming for the newly installed eSIM.
  6. Restart your device.
  
  During step 3, if you cannot scan the QR code you can alternatively insert the manual input installation details that we will include in our product email.
