What should you know before you go?

• IMPORTANT: Due to the logistical challenges presented by the 2025 Jubilee of Rome, we cannot guarantee entry to St. Peter's Basilica. If you wish to visit St. Peter's Basilica, after the guide's explanation outside, you can join the line, pass through security independently, and enter the church.
•  Please note: To pass through the Holy Door, you must download the Jubilee app, register, download the Pilgrim Card, and reserve a time slot.
•  Please note that during the Jubilee Year, some areas of the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica may be inaccessible due to religious ceremonies. These circumstances are beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding. If customers wish, they may remain in the museums until closing time. The time of entry is the one selected at the time of booking. It is mandatory to bring your passport or valid ID card on the day of the tour.
•  Dress code: This tour visits religious sites. Please dress appropriately. No sleeveless blouses, no miniskirts, no shorts, and no hats. 
• The following must be left in the cloakroom:     
  • Suitcases, backpacks and containers larger than 40x35x15cm 
  • Umbrellas, including those with spike tips, medium and large size       
  • Tripods for cameras and video cameras      
  • Signage of any kind       
  • Shoulder bags no wider than 15 cm are allowed
