Our journey begins at El Mercado del Carmen in the city of Hueva. A haven for gourmands and a cornerstone of Huelva's culture since 1866. Step inside and be captivated by a symphony of colors, aromas, and flavors. Local vendors proudly display their bounty: fresh-caught seafood, prime cuts of meat, seasonal fruits and vegetables. Inaugurated in 2010, the market's modern facilities now also host cultural events, cooking demonstrations, and tastings, making it a vibrant hub for both locals and visitors.

Next, we embark on a relaxing 1.5-hour boat tour through the Odiel Marshes Natural Park. This area of stunning natural beauty boasts a unique ecosystem, where a network of channels, salt flats, and marshes provide a haven for diverse flora and fauna.
