In the heart of the Pyrenees, where history and elegance meet, the third edition of the Gala inspired by the inauguration of the Canfranc International Station offers a unique evening in homage to one of the great milestones of the 20th century.
Inspired by the banquet held on July 18, 1928, this experience revives its splendor through a Haute cuisine proposal which reinterprets the original menu with a contemporary look. A journey that combines tradition, creativity and local products, merging the essence of French cuisine with Aragonese gastronomic richness.
Following the legacy of that night, when Sherry, Rioja and Champagne wines were served, the experience presents a selection that values the territory. El Valdovinos White Vermouth(D.O. Somontano) opens the evening, followed by Edra Blancoluz, which brings freshness to the first few passes, and SommosTempranillo Collection, which accompanies the main elaborations. As a closing, the reinterpretation of the Pêche Melba is combined with Moët & Chandon Champagne, evoking the final toast of the original banquet.
