If you want to organize an in-person meeting and have everything you need to be productive, this is the place for you. At Barceló Ourense we offer you one of our rooms so that you can hold your private meeting with capacity for up to 10 people.
This service includes a projector and screen to display your documents or presentations, Wi-Fi connection, notepad and pens. In addition, it includes a coffee break service either inside or outside the room with which you can drink coffee and juice, pasta and assorted pastries to regain strength.

- It can be reserved up to 24 hours before use.
- The meeting room will be available from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., every day of the year.
- If you exceed 10 people, a supplement of 15€ will apply for each extra person.

Cancellations
Cancellation fee of 100% is charged if cancelled 24 Hours or less before the activity.
