    “Ruined my holiday”

    On arrival the room was not ready, then when it was, they did not help with bags and show us to our rooms. Air con did not work in the front room, bedroom was freezing. Kitchen and bathroom outdated and look dirty. Bedroom has no proper windows, feels like a boxed prison room. Balconly chairs are plastic and stained from last use. Painting needing retouching, it didn't feel clean and cosy. Wardrobe was dirty and flusher did not work at first. Key cards constantly stop working and receptionists lose patience when they receive phone calls.

    “Used to be a Nice hotel”

    We have stayed at this hotel a number of times, and arrived to find the hotel had been refurbished at least the reception area and restaurant had been, we had booked a superior room expecting something nice, well we were dissappointed to say the least, the room was shabby, the air con sounded like a helicopter taking off in the room and leaked water all over the floor, I asked the reception what made these rooms superior and he just shrugged and said it was just the name !!! the wifi was almost non exisant and extremely patchy and not useful, they very kindly left a bottle of bubbly in the room which was lovely however the glasses had black mold at the bottom of them which took the shine off their gesture ! C block was very noisey with a disco/entertainment stage outside and was very loud. the meals were average and we suffered upset stomachs at one point with severe sickness.

    “Great holiday”

    Second visit and love everything about hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Love that it's an apartment and not just a room and cleaning staff were very good. Plenty of sun beds round pool areas. Plan on going back next year

    “Great food, good for family visit”

    Loved the restaurant and the variety and taste of the food. Pool area was very nice and clean with enough sunbeds. Staff and entertainment crew were very nice. Room was a bit tired and the sofa bed was really uncomfortable. Common areas seemed freshly renovated with very nice design.

    “Allegro review”

    We only stayed in this hotel, because the hotel we booked had on going building work, so we moved, when we arrived, and saw our Thomas cook rep , we wanted to move somewhere else, but we were not prepared to pay another £200, the outside space round the 3 pools is very nice, but the reception area, and the bar, was a joke, a very nice area.
