    Went with Tui booked superior room with sea view got in touch with Tui about some reviews got told we were in an upgraded room no rooms have been upgraded rooms are very old and needed done up got in touch with Tui and just told lies after lies never go with Tui again just pure scum

    “Dirty”

    I dont normally complain but this hotel was filthy, pool area was ingrained dirt, rooms were dirty although clean towels and bedding. Food was terrible we always say all inclusive you can always find something to eat but sadly not in this case, wont be returning very disappointed only 2 star not 4

    “Allegro isora”

    Stayed there a week, I start with nice things-room was nice, food was okay, usually enough choises. Location is near beach and bus stop. Hotel was very clean quite good equipped gym.Located near nices restourants. Not so good things-common areas internal disain-like expolsion in candy store.... hotel is litte bit tired and needs some renovation. Not quite 4 star hotel. Pools is not heated. Please remove this bad odeur from lobby and some common areas. Otherwise-seems to be nice place where spend family holiday.

    “Nice hotel, definitely not a 4*”

    We stayed for a week this month in a 1 bedroom apartment with our 3 year old. The hotel was pleasant, the rooms were really clean. We had 2 singles and a sofa bed rather than a double. The beds were made daily and towels changed when needed. Then only issue was having a room that overlooked the stage for the evening entertainment. The sound quality was terrible, it did finish at 1030 but in future I would request a room Well away from this. There was a good selection of food and drinks on the all inclusive at all meals. The swimming pools were really big, but despite being told 2 were heated, we’re absolutely freezing. We ended up Paying for a day in los gigantes for a nice heated pool. Our 3 year old enjoyed it a lot more. The public/pool toilets were absolutely disgraceful, bins were full most of the time and hand driers didn’t work. The little laundrette was handy and 9 euros to do whatever you needed. All in all, I would stay here again. The hotel definitely needs a little bit of TLC but it’s a lovely walking distance to the beach in a quieter area of Tenerife which really suited us.

    “Great stay!”

    We are just coming to the end of a 17 day holiday here. We have been here many times, and were not disappointed. The apartment is extremely large and the beds very comfortable. It's a family orientated hotel, so not suitable if you're not happy having children around you ! Three lovely pools, however only one is heated. The food was plentiful, with a good variety ... We were A.I. so could have eaten and drunk all day long if we wanted to! The animation team worked tirelessly. Special mention for the FRAM girls (Eline, Mathilde and Marie) who made our stay so special, hence we felt extremely welcome. (Didn't really get to know Elise as she had only just arrived, but seemed lovely too). The reception staff were very friendly and efficient. Rooms were kept spotless. In top of all the above, the weather was amazing. We shall return!

    “Nice hotel, definitely not a 4*”


    We stayed for a week this month in a 1 bedroom apartment with our 3 year old. The hotel was pleasant, the rooms were really clean. We had 2 singles and a sofa bed rather than a double. The swimming pools were really big, but despite being told 2 were heated, we’re absolutely freezing. We ended up Paying for a day in los gigantes for a nice heated pool. Our 3 year old enjoyed it a lot more. The public/pool toilets were absolutely disgraceful, bins were full most of the time and hand driers didn’t work. The little laundrette was handy and 9 euros to do whatever you needed. All in all, I would stay here again. The hotel definitely needs a little bit of TLC but it’s a lovely walking distance to the beach in a quieter area of Tenerife which really suited us.

    “Great stay!”


    We are just coming to the end of a 17 day holiday here. We have been here many times, and were not disappointed. The apartment is extremely large and the beds very comfortable. It's a family orientated hotel, so not suitable if you're not happy having children around you ! Three lovely pools, however only one is heated. The food was plentiful, with a good variety ... We were A.I. so could have eaten and drunk all day long if we wanted to! The animation team worked tirelessly. Special mention for the FRAM girls (Eline, Mathilde and Marie) who made our stay so special, hence we felt extremely welcome.
