Comfortable and luxurious refurbished hotel
A luxury hotel. Very well equipped and great service. Near to the town. Has been completely refurbished since we were here two years ago. Generally the refurbishment has been a success but the re-design of the bedrooms seems less successful- definitely more form than function. Example- impossible to use the sink if someone is getting out of the shower,
In this day and age, what refurbishment doesn’t include any USB ports?
Would definitely use again though.

Great hotel, thin walls
Really good hotel. We loved the location. It is within walking distance to the main sights in Bilbao.
Room was very clean, pleasant, spacious and had everything we needed. The only thing that spoilt the impression was that the walls seem very thin and you hear a lot of noise from other rooms and corridors, which was pretty annoying.

A decent hotel
We stayed for 2 nights in superior room, and the first thing I would say is that the location is good right on the river not too far from the old town, and the Guggenheim museum.
The room itself was decent, the bed was comfortable, the shower a good pressure. Tea and coffee was available in room. It had a big TV but no English channels.
The breakfast was buffet style, in a nice restaurant. The quality and choice were both excellent.
All in all a good choice at a decent price, We would use again when in Bilbao.
