What is the minimum time frame to make a reservation?
We recommend starting the booking process 6 to 12 months before the wedding, as availability may vary depending on occupancy. This way, you can secure your ideal date and start planning every detail in advance.
What catering options do you offer and can we have a tasting before the wedding?
Yes, we offer a variety of menus with options of beef, chicken, fish, and pork, as well as vegetarian, gluten-free, vegan, and lactose-free menus to meet the needs of all your guests. You can have a menu tasting before the wedding to ensure everything is perfect.
Do you have a team of wedding planners at the hotel?
Our group and wedding manager will personally take care of all the logistics and coordination of your wedding. Although we do not have a dedicated wedding planner, you will have close support to ensure that every detail is perfectly organised.
What spaces are available for the ceremony and reception?
We have beautiful spaces for your ceremony and reception, such as the beach, the Mirador Garden with sea views, the oceanfront gazebo, the Palmas Garden, the Paraíso Garden and an indoor lounge. Each space has a unique charm to personalise your celebration.
What is the maximum capacity of guests that can be accommodated?
The Mirador Garden can accommodate up to 90 people. The Palmas garden can accommodate up to 100 people and allows for a dance floor, a stage for the musical group, and a drinks bar. Other hotel spaces can accommodate different numbers of guests depending on the setup and type of event.
Do you offer photography and videography services or can we bring our own vendors?
We have a photography and videography provider at the hotel, "The Monkeys", whose service you can hire directly at their desk without paying any additional fee for being an in-house provider.
Does the hotel provide babysitting or childcare services during the wedding?
Yes, we offer babysitting services at an additional charge, allowing parents to enjoy the celebration while their children are well cared for and entertained.
Are there private spaces or rooms for the preparation of the bride or groom?
Although we do not have a private suite for preparation, brides usually get ready and prepare in the comfort of their room, enjoying a calm and cosy atmosphere.
