We know that a wedding can raise many questions, but at Barceló Weddings we will be by your side every step of the way, to support you and ensure that everything goes perfectly

What is the minimum time frame to make a reservation?

To ensure the availability of the desired date and make sure every detail is perfect, we recommend booking 6 to 12 months in advance, or more, if the date is particularly important.

What catering options do you offer and is it possible to have a tasting before the wedding?

At Barceló Montelimar we do not have our own catering service. However, we offer a variety of snack options. As for the tasting, it is available for two people, provided the reservation has been confirmed with a 50% payment. Additional people must pay the cost of the dinner per person. (We do not offer fast food options).

Do you have a team of wedding planners at the hotel?

Unfortunately, we do not offer wedding planning services. However, we will be delighted to collaborate with you to ensure your day is perfect.

What spaces are available for the ceremony and reception?

We offer an impressive fine sandy beach, ideal for ceremonies by the sea. Additionally, we have elegant air-conditioned lounges for receptions and a charming “Ranchón”, an open and natural space with sea views, perfect for those who prefer an outdoor setting.

What is the maximum capacity of guests that can be accommodated?

The hotel has the capacity to comfortably accommodate between 50 and 100 guests, creating an intimate and exclusive atmosphere for your loved ones to enjoy this very special day.

Do you offer photography and videography services or can we bring our own vendors?

We do not offer our own photography or videography services. However, we will be happy to help you coordinate with external providers, to ensure they capture all the special moments of your wedding.

Does the hotel provide babysitting or childcare services during the wedding?

Currently, the hotel does not offer this service.

Are there private spaces or rooms for the preparation of the bride or groom?

The hotel has private and comfortable spaces, both in rooms and air-conditioned lounges, so that the bride and groom can prepare and enjoy every moment before the wedding with complete privacy.
