What is the minimum time frame to make a reservation?
Our suggestion is to start the process a year before the wedding. Normally ceremonies are organised 1 to 3 months before the ceremony date.
What catering options do you offer and can we have a tasting before the wedding?
We offer a wide variety of dining options ranging from traditional Mexican cuisine menus to international cuisine. Additionally, we organise tasting sessions so you can choose the perfect menu for your event.
Do they have a wedding planner team at the hotel?
Yes, we have the best and most experienced team of wedding planners, who will be with you every step of the way, from the initial planning to the wedding day, ensuring everything goes perfectly.
What spaces are available for the ceremony and reception?
We have various spaces for your ceremony and reception, the romantic Gazebo, our elegant halls, Mismaloya Beach or the Terrace among others. Each space can be adapted to meet your expectations.
What is the maximum capacity of guests that can be accommodated?
Mismaloya Beach can accommodate up to 500 guests, the Hall 300 guests and the Terrace has a maximum capacity of 400 guests
Do you offer photography and videography services or can we bring our own vendors?
We have an In-House provider to offer these services and in case the couple wants to bring an external provider, there is a Fee charge for access.
Does the hotel provide babysitting or childcare services during the wedding?
Indeed, the hotel offers babysitting service, this must be requested 24 hrs in advance and costs $25.00 USD per hour per child, a minimum of 03 hours is required.
Are there private spaces or rooms for the preparation of the bride and groom?
We do not have a bridal suite or any space for this preparation, the bride and groom get ready in the contracted room.
