    “Loved it”

    Loved the all inclusive package. Went on 2 excursions, but it was great to have everything on site so we had a great time even if we went nowhere. Only downside was when we went to Xel-Ha; the rep in First Club said the price was all inclusive so I didn’t bring my credit card. Wanted to do the dolphins and couldn’t because we didn’t have the money. Otherwise great.

    “Exceptional resort”

    We loved the smallness of this resort. Easy to get around quickly. Everyone was super friendly. There was a lot of variety of food. Service in the dining room in the evening was excellent. Entertainment in the evening was very enjoyable. Resort was very clean. We really enjoyed having a small mall and market a half a block away.

    “Our little secret”

    This resort we’ve been going to for ten years. I’m all done going to the mega resorts. This resort offers a smaller and more personal feel. Francisco, the manager of the resort has brought this resort to almost a 5 star in my book! The hotel staff are just like family, and always ready to help. First Club staff, outstanding. If you are thinking about going here First Club is a must!

    “Simply the best”

    I have been to Cancun, Cozumel and Playa del Carmen several times since 2000. The buildings and layout were great - I had a close up sea and pool view. All the rooms were in buildings that had only 4 en suite rooms, 2 up and 2 down. The service was great, the food was good, the staff were also great. Location was perfect, facilities were great - the best I had stayed in so far and the best holiday I've had in Mexico....
