From that spirit Albegui was born, inspired by the family house that gives it its name, a space that pays tribute to Basque roots while proposing a cuisine with international scope. From truffled chicken cannelloni to cod confit with pilpil from its skins and spider crab, Albegui's menu combines creativity and respect for tradition, always putting the product at the centre of the experience.
