    “Horrible !!”

    Firstly as a "4" star hotel this is the worse I have seen!rooms are dirty no complimentary water! And the staff is extremely rude very racist!so for anyone who is thinking to stay here please do not!I stayed with my 9months baby and we had to wait for hours to get a baby cot after arriving from a long flight this is not what we expected! Also just to get an iron I had to wait 45mins ! Save your money and do not stay here!

    “Pleasant stay 5*”

    Just left the hotel. We were there for 5 days and from the minute we walked in to the minute we left the staff of this hotel did everything possible to make sure we had a lovely stay, which we did. We were greeted by Sabreen at reception who advised us of where to go and what to do. Gave us the timetable for the hotel shuttle service and a map of where to go in Rome. We ordered room service twice which came very fast and the bar staff were very polite. We paid for breakfast which was served between 6-10am which gave us enough time to be early or to be lazy. Breakfast was lovely and you had the hot and cold food to choose from. The food At the hotel is lovely. Another receptionist Manuela was also very lovely and welcomed us with a smile every time we approached reception and advised us with more things to do in Rome. The rooms were very spacious and clean with a lovely set out bathroom! If you are going with your partner this is definitely the best hotel to stay at for some quality time. There were two supermarkets near by which had everything we needed a pharmacy and some other restaurants. If I have to say one thing they can do to make it a luxury stay is to use some of the space they have as an outdoors Or indoors swimming pool and sauna and steam. But apart from that I honestly couldn’t complain. I don’t ever write reviews and I’ve stayed in hotels in Dubai.. this hotel has the best quality of stuff and service I wouldn’t think twice about coming back again. Thank you ❤️

    “Pretty good hotel- not my experience of 4 stars”

    I recently stayed at this hotel with my husband. We had a pleasant stay but the hotel could definetely have some improvements. The hotel rooms are a little dated and I found in some places our room to be unclean. Behind the door we had a leather seating area which had a thick layer of dust covering the whole seat.. I wrote "clean me" to see what would happen and the next morning (though the room had been cleaned) the message was still there. It took two days for this to be cleaned off. Our curtain was broken as well as the plug socket in the bathroom near the mirror... if I hadn't thought to bring an extension lead I wouldn't of been able to get ready with a mirror our whole stay. Other than that our room was nice. The breakfast in the hotel is amazing. The choice is by far the best I have experienced in any other hotel. The staff are very helpful and willing to help you. Restaurants near the hotel are limited though nearby there is a co-op and a natural food store where you can buy multi packs of water etc which we found to be a good money saver. The co-op is left out of the hotel and turn right at the end of the street. Perhaps a 5 minute walk if you walk slow. The shuttle service from the hotel is good but we only used it once. The times was too limited for our excursions given their is only one drop off point. The taxi prices aren't much more! 10 euros per couple for the hotel shuttle and the taxi cost we paid varied from 11 to 15 euros into the centre and collusseum and 20 to the Vatican. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

    Location from city centre too far Air conditioner too noisy Wouldn’t recommend staying here if ur on a short break the hotels location is not convenient the shuttle bus not good timetable spent 300 euros just in travel from n to the hotel also to n from airport The room was all open plan as in restroom not private asked for a room swap all rooms the same

    “BARCELO ARAN MANTEGNA”

    The rooms are reasonably comfortable and the hotel is spacious. Many groups of tourists are always in the corridor. They have a buffet with several stations, where you can choose from a great selection, so they have an option for all tastes.

    “Pleasant stay 5*”


    Just left the hotel.
