    “The Best Hotel And People In all Granada Spain”

    Excellent service. Excellent personnel I always stay in this hotel because for me is the best one in all granada Spain. From the excellent facilities to the excellent people at all levels. Thank you Hotel carmen Barcelo for always mesa me and my family at home. Regards, Jesus Gil

    “Decent but very disappointed”

    We just arrived today 2/11/2020. Its fairly easy to locate. The area has many food options and bus transportation. The check in time is decent. wait time was about 10mins which is decent. Check in agent was very helpful at first and polite. All that aside we went to our room its nice but first thing we noticed was a foul smell of cigarettes. Which we booked 1-2months ahead for a non-smoking room. That wasn't an issue which we thought was a easy fix we don't like to trouble people or the concierge.so what we did was open the windows to the room and take the smell out. We had it open once we checked in this is like 1pm we then went to roam around the city and then return to our room at 7pm. That appears to not help at all. So we went to dinner and then return at 9pm or so we ask front desk if we could change our room due to the foul smell which caused us to have a unpleasant stay this made my Partner feeling unwell. instead of changing our room or anything they just rejected and say no cant. We continue to ask if anything could be done only thing that was done was we will send cleaners. An air purifier was bought in and a spray with scent was spayed. That doesn't resolve the issue of the smell which still causes an unpleasant stay. We have to endure this stay for 2 more days. Their service isnt too pleasant.if you need to book something i believe you can locate a better one with a much better customer service that is willing to assist their customer.i would only recommend this hotel if you want it to be convenient.other then that this is a hands down.

    “Beautiful, centrally located; convenient parking.”

    Very comfy room, beautiful view and convenient parking within the building. The reception was pretty friendly too. The hotel is very centrally located. It`s not cheap, but that is Barceló. It was worth it.

    “Great location and service at breakfast and bar”

    Happy in overall but need upgrades. Bathrooms and rooms should be done earlier. Enforcing non smoking policy should be a priority. Bathrooms share vents and needs upgrading. I was in overall very please .

    “Excellent”

    During our stay we never had a “NO” for an answer. Very attentive and helpful staff throughout our stay. The room are supreme and the room service spot on. The food is varied and good quality. Location is brilliant. Definitely we will stay there again!!
