    “Great beach hotel”

    The hotel was really conveniently situated close to the beach. We were on the first floor and the view from our balcony was to the swimming pool and kids playground. We were on half board and the breakfast 5:00 – 10:30 and evening meals 20:30 - 22:30 were very good, plenty of food to choose from but lacked healthy options in my opinion. We had a Superior Family room with balcony and it was spotless and the bed very big and comfortable. It is a massive hotel resort so you'll find most services and amenities that you expect to find in similar resorts.

    “GOOD FACILITIES”

    Very clean and tidy. At the reception, they spent very long to deliver room. I noticed poor quality service and customer care. According to loyalty program "my Barcelo" they did not offer like any kind of additional treatment such as upgrading or any other details.... everything needed to be extra paid..

    “Old Age Home”

    Stayed in the hotel in Nov, its offseason. It was terrible. Half of the hotel was shut down, The front desk did not pick up the phone, took a lot of time to get to the operational half of the hotel. The rooms are old and most of the things not working such as TV.. The internet speed is very slow, takes forever to load a page, and forget if you want to stream a serial. It looked like an old age home and operates like one.

    A pleasant stay - due to the nature of our meeting and demands on my time it would have been better if restaurants could have been more flexible for food past the serving times or provided alternative refreshments for the organisers

    “Fabulous hotel”

    We stayed in this hotel for a week in mid October. From the moment we arrived it was hard to find fault with anything. Quick and efficient check in. Lovely rooms overlooking the Nature Reserve and the sea. We were there on a half board basis. There was a wide variety of food available at every meal with cooking stations for meat and fish in the evening and omelettes at breakfast time. There were always HOT plates available. The staff were friendly and helpful and every time we went to reception to ask for maps/information etc they couldn't do enough for us. We went by bus to Huelva and with help from reception staff, were able to arrange for a superb local guide to take us to the Marismas del Odiel where we watched flamingos, spoonbills, an osprey etc etc..The hotel is situated on a fabulous beach. We had a WONDERFUL holiday.
