    “Lovely week”

    Just spent a lovely week here, the staff were helpful and friendly,room was cleaned every day with clean towels. Food and drinks were good, we were all inclusive. Location fabulous and the entertainment was enjoyable. We would definitely go back, only thing, would be nice to have a little music at the terrace n pool bars, thanks for a great holiday barcelo staff.

    “Gem of a hotel”

    Love this place, what's not to like..... great setting, friendly staff who bend over backwards. Clean, good food and reasonably priced. I will be back...... this hotel is a great place, when we arrived we were greeted by front desk who were helpful and friendly, giving us lots if advice and attention. Our room was very clean and tidy, pleasantly surprised as we knew the hotel is a 3 star. Would have liked a fridge in the room and tea making facilities would have been nice too. Food was always different and very tasty, we had a fantastic time. All inclusive finishes at 11 and not 12 as advertised

    “Ok hotel”

    Friendly staff, who sorted out a couple of small issues with the room very quickly, nice hotel but could do with a make over, food was ok but repetitive. Did notice a yogurt that was 4 days out of date!

    “Great location, spotless room, but food needs improving”

    Would have liked to have given this hotel 3.5 out of 5 but not possible. We stayed a week all inclusive. The transfer from Palma took 2.5 hours. The hotel is very clean and we loved our room. We were provided with fresh towels every day. The staff aren't overly friendly but I think that was more because of the language barrier. A lot of Dutch and French guests stay at this hotel. The location of the hotel is great. The beach next door is stunning and you can also take a catamaran to other parts of the island from there. It's also seconds away from a supermarket and loads of restaurants. Carabel the karaoke bar is brilliant and Filipe is hilarious (you will hear him singing from the hotel!). The food, unfortunately, was average. It catered to the Dutch and French guests and some of it we couldn't even identify. We didn't want chips and omelettes but we were just really disappointed by the lack of variety and lack of Spanish food (Even their paellas were average). Breakfast was always good however. Towards the end of the week they did a Mexican night which was so good! We wondered why they hadn't done this before and definitely think they should consider doing more themed nights. The view from the restaurant looking out to the beach is beautiful. The beer (bottled) was also decent. We didn't expect Michelin star food but a lot of it was bland. I've stayed at a similar hotel in Calas de Mallorca and the food there was a lot better. There's plenty of other beaches near the hotel so make sure you visit them too. Overall, we would go back but only because we loved our room and the location was so good. We would probably downgrade to half board next time. If we were to return our main hopes would be better food and friendlier staff.

    “Hotel has deteriorated over the years”

    We have stayed at this hotel once or twice a year for the last 14 years. Over that time the quality of the food and drink has deteriorated. The evening entertainment has also got worse. However the location is good

    “Lovely week”
