What is the minimum time period to make a reservation?
We recommend starting the booking process 6-12 months before the wedding, as availability may vary depending on occupancy. This way, you can secure your ideal date and start planning every detail in advance.
What catering options do you offer and can we do a tasting before the wedding?
Yes, we offer a variety of menus with beef, chicken, fish, and pork options, as well as vegetarian, gluten-free, vegan, and lactose-free menus to meet the needs of all your guests. You can do a pre-wedding menu test to ensure everything is perfect.
Do you have wedding planners at the hotel?
Our events manager will personally take care of all the logistics and coordination of your wedding. While we do not have a dedicated wedding planner, you will receive close support from our team to ensure that every detail is perfectly organized.
What spaces do you have available for the ceremony and reception?
We have beautiful spaces for your ceremony and reception, like the beach, the Mirador Garden with ocean views, the gazebo facing the ocean, the Palmas Garden, the Paradise Garden, and an indoor ballroom. Each space has a unique charm to personalize your celebration.
What is the maximum capacity of guests that can be accommodated?
The Mirador Garden can accommodate up to 90 people. The Palmas Garden can accommodate up to 100 people and can include a dance floor, a stage for live music or a DJ, and a drinks bar. Other spaces in the hotel can accommodate different numbers of guests depending on the set-up and the type of event.
Do you offer photography and videography services or can we bring our own vendors?
We have a photography and videography provider in the hotel, "The Monkeys", whose service you can hire directly without paying any additional fee for being an in-house provider.
Does the hotel provide babysitting or childcare services during the wedding?
Yes, we offer babysitting services at an additional charge, which will allow parents to enjoy the celebration while their children are well cared for and entertained.
Are there spaces or private rooms for the bride/groom/those to be wed to get ready in?
Although we do not have a private suite for preparation, brides usually get ready in the comfort of their room, enjoying a calm and cozy atmosphere.
