From check in to checkout everything surpassed our expectations
The hotel is kept so clean and tidy.
The rooms have everything you need including charging points,hairdryers, tv, fridge.
We went half board breakfast and evening meal both meals were plentiful with lots of choice different themes everyday for the evening meals. We loved the food.
Beds very comfortable and cleaners came everyday towels changed regularly
Round the pool there are plenty of sunbeds and there are 3 separate pools on the active side never had a problem getting a bed.
Entertainment round the pool everyday kept it lively and you get towels.
The drinks are not expensive and you get good measures.
Evening entertainment was good and varied.
The staff at this resort are all friendly and helpful and a special mention to Luca who made us feel very welcome he is a credit to the Barceló all in all we had a fantastic time and plan to return very soon, so if your reading this wondering whether you should book stop reading and book right now.

We have just returned from two weeks at this lovely hotel. Our room was large two double beds and a bathroom with two sinks and a large walk in shower, perfect for us as we are in our 70's.
Large balcony with sea view, could not have asked for more.
Normally I am not a buffet person but the one at this hotel would suit everyone. They do their utmost to keep food hot and there are always heated plates. Numerous choices of all courses including lovely desserts. One of the best things is that they keep the pool area blocked off until 9 am so no towels on sunbeds here. Perhaps other hotels should take notice. We were on the all inclusive package which we felt was excellent value for money. At 11.30 each day there were lots of snacks at the pool bar restaurant. All staff very friendly . We had a slight problem which was handled very efficiently by Somara, one of the Managers. We had access to the sister hotel across the road which had similar facilities and we could use them if we wanted to. An extremely good hotel for anyone who likes sports, plenty of bike lanes around the hotel area. We would definite recommend.
