According to that established in Art. 27.a) of the LSSI, contacting through www.barcelo.com shall be done through the following steps:
Step 1/ Selection of the hotel on the main page via the search parameters, as well as the dates of stay.
Step 2/ Selection of room type, number of rooms and number of people.
Step 3/ Selection of add-ons and additional services with display of definitive price. Entry of personal information relative to the reservation, as well as the bank card used as a reservation guarantee, and accepting the general conditions of the reservation.
Step 4/ Verification of the reservation information.
Step 5/ Completion of the reservation, display of confirmation page.
Step 6/ Sending confirmation email of the reservation with details.
Barceló Gestión Hotelera S.L. shall produce a comprehensive electronic document for the finalized reservation to file in its records. The client shall be granted full access and awareness of this document by an email stating its contents at the end stage of the booking process.
After completing the booking, the client shall be requested to review the content of this reservation in order to identify possible material errors in the entry of information. In order to process any corrections, please call our relevant central reservations office or send an email to email@example.com, providing the identifying information for the reservation.

According to the specific conditions of the fixed rates applied to the reservation, the payment of these rates may be done (i) in advance, fully or partially when completing the reservation, (ii) when the client checks into the hotel and physically accesses the room (check-in), or (iii) when the client leaves the room (check-out). The payment may be made by credit cards accepted on the premises and/or in legal tender in the hotel country.
legal concerning the right to withdrawal shall not apply to bookings made on www.barcelo.com, in any case the special conditions of the offer regarding cancellations shall apply. To activate it, you must directly contact the hotel at the phone number, address or email provided in the confirmation email for the reservation, and provide the identifying information for the reservation.
3. Personal data protection
BARCELÓ HOTEL GROUP, with the purpose of rendering the services offered through www.barcelo.com, as well as a selection of personalized products and services, improving the business relationship and managing the requests made by our customers, shall treat its customers’ personal data in an automated manner and for the purposes specified below.
BARCELÓ HOTEL GROUP guarantees that such files are its full responsibility and are found duly declared and registered in the General Registry of the Data Protection Agency, the database of which can be found at the following web address: www.agpd.es
BARCELÓ HOTEL GROUP hereby notifies the Customer that he/she may exercise his/her rights of access, rectification, cancellation and contestation directly through the website (in the my Barceló section) or by writing to the individual responsible for the processing, and the owner of the files in which the Customer’s personal data is stored:

BARCELÓ HOTEL GROUP informs the customer of the purposes that it will use the personal data collected on this website:
a.1.) Customer Registration Forms
Upon completing the request for registration in the my Barceló program, each owner shall accept and authorize BARCELÓ HOTEL GROUP to use and handle the personal data provided and generated through the use of the program, for the purposes of the service, as well as for the purpose of offering a selection of personalized products and services and improving our business relationship with our customers. In this regard, BARCELÓ HOTEL GROUP informs that for the proper operation of the program, your personal data shall be handled by BARCELÓ GESTIÓN HOTELERA S.L. and transferred to companies affiliated with Barceló, their handling and transfer being authorized for the aforementioned purposes. Additionally, my Barceló users are hereby informed that their personal data may be transferred to companies involved in the management of the program, regardless of the country in which said companies may be found, and international transfers of data may occur, with the sole purpose of managing the program. For this reason, and according to that established by Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 regarding Personal Data Protection (LPD), a personal data file has been created in which the necessary data are collected for the operation of the program. Barceló guarantees the adoption of timely measures to ensure the confidential handling of said data, and in the event that it is not compliant with the handling or transfer of your personal data, you may write to Customer Service of BARCELÓ GESTIÓN HOTELERA S.L., the handler and manager of the files, at calle José Rover Motta no. 27, 07006, Palma de Mallorca, Spain, where you may also exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition.
a.2.) Online Reservations
When completing the Online Reservations form, each customer accepts and authorizes BARCELÓ GESTIÓN HOTELERA S.L. to use and handle the personal data provided in an automated manner, with the purpose of proceeding with the reservation requested and providing a personalized selection of products and services and improving the business relationship with our customers, as well as transferring said data to the companies that make up the Barceló Group and affiliates for the aforementioned purposes. Additionally, customers who make a reservation are advised that their personal data and the reservation will be transferred to the companies that must intervene in the management of the reservation and/or trip and to the destination hotel, regardless of the country in which said companies may be located, and international transfers of data may occur, with the sole purpose of managing the reservation and guaranteeing its completion.
a.3.) Job Form
When completing the Job request, each individual accepts and authorizes BARCELÓ GESTIÓN HOTELERA S.L. to use and automatically handle the personal data and information provided so that they are used in our staff selection database with the purpose of entering in processes of staff selection for the various hotels and companies of the Barceló Group, as well as the transfer of such information to the companies that make up the Barceló Group and affiliates for the exclusive purpose of staff selection.
