    “DO NOT TRUST THIS HOTEL WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER!”

    We called the hotel to make a reservation for a room 3 weeks in advance, and I left my credit card number. I called back in an hour to ask about their service dog policy, and found out they do not allow people with service dogs to stay at the hotel. I immediately canceled my reservation and went to Xandari Hotel instead. When I got home from my trip, weeks later, they had charged me for 2 nights. When I called them to ask them to remove the charges for a reservation that they had promised to cancel, they told me they had never received my message and that I hadn't given them enough notice to cancel the room. Not only did they not accomodate my service dog, but they charged me on a credit card that they said they would not charge, for a reservation that was canceled within an hour of making it... For a stay that was 3 weeks away. DO NOT TRUST THIS HOTEL WITH YOUR RESERVATION. They have plenty of empty rooms every day, and if you really have to stay here, just pay when you arrive... In cash!

    “Beautiful outside and inside...”

    We come from a long way and really tired that day, Im so happy to stay into this clean and comtable hotel. The landcape are awesome! Room is very clean and food at the japanese restaurant are very fresh and delicious! Breakfast are included and a variety of delicious dishes and and fruits and drinks are serve wiht friendly services...

    “Great spot ”

    Close to everything. The front desk was great when I arrived, the room was nice and clean, and the lobby area was big. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying at the airport or looking to see downtown.

    “Average in everything!”

    This is a 3 star hotel on my list. Old A/C units and thermostats. 32'' tv's look ridiculously small. Pillows are 20'' thick neck breakers. You hear the highway traffic nearby. Old bathroom style. Breakfast Buffet is mediocre at best. early check in fees. Front Desk is awkardly setup and can never tell where to go or wait. Would not recommend.

    “Awesome hotel!”

    Great clean hotel with Lots of amenities. I recommend staying in the premium level (6th floor). Free snacks and drinks including alcohol. We had the breakfast buffet that opened st 5:00 AM and it was delicious! We also used the free airport shuttle. My kids didn't want to leave. Amy printed our boarding passes for us and answered many questions. We will definitely be back!
