The property is kept very clean and Is very picturesque and beautiful .. the resort offers lots of amenities, golf , bowling , water park etc... Service in buffet very slow ( often no drinks until 1/2 way through meal ) also Most foods not kept hot ... The family duplex worked great for 4 of us... maid service wasn't great , no tissue replaced , had to call for towels Pools awesome , but not very clean We found the water spots a little confusing , one day asking for ticket to use paddle board , another day not ?? Also needed to book kite runner day or two in advance which we didn't know ... Our overall experience was positive , we enjoyed walking the beach , swimming and the evening shows ..just didn't live up to our 5 star expectations ( very comparable to other places we've stayed in punta cana for cheaper )

    “Trip with friends”

This was my second time to the DR and third all inclusive. I traveled with my fiance, my best friend and his wife, February 11th-18th 2017. This was by far the nicest resort I've been too overall. The buffet food was a little better than my previous 2 resorts, and the dinners were all good except for the sushi. I do advise to make your dinner reservations the night you check in. The beaches were beautiful, the pools were nice and clean. We upgraded to the suite which was a really nice room. The only downside to the resort was the drink menu wasn't as informative as the other resorts I've been to, so if you're not a big drinker that could cause an issue, and the wifi is only available in the casino from 8am-4pm, but hey its vacation who needs internet. Over all the staff was very friendly, the resort was very clean, and the food was better than most resorts or cruise ships, Would recommend.

A lot of thing for kids of all age, many chairs every where so no need to chase in the morning. The food is good and there is a lot of choice. Close to the airport with 20 min bus ride. Employees very very kind and always ready to help. Not all of them speak other language than spanish but it is rarely an issue for us.

“Great Resort IF YOU STAY AT THE PREMIUM LEVEL”

We decided to meet some friends who had already booked at this resort so I did not have the opportunity to do my own research and decide where to stay...which made me nervous. I did read many of the reviews and decided to spend the extra money and book the oceanfront junior suite at the premium level and I AM SO GLAD I DID! Our friends did not and had a very different experience than we did. When we checked it, it was in the premium lounge, we were served champage and snacks while we lounged in chairs and waited for the staff do all the work. I had forgotten to raise my daily limit with my bank and my debit card would not work. The staff helped me work it all out and in about 20 minutes we were being ushered to our room by a bellhop who explained where everything was on the property. Our rooms were BEAUTIFUL! Oceanfront with a jacuzzi, chairs and lovely expansive bathroom. The mini bar was well stocked with sodas, water, juice and snacks and we had a large bottle of nice rum to welcome us. At the preimum level you can order room service for free anytime you want, which we did a couple times for breakfast and lunch when we didn't want to fight the buffet crowd. Also at the premium level you can eat every night at the restaurants which is a life saver and you can book your dinner reservations before you arrive. Again, our friends who were not premium could only eat once at the restaurants and they could not make reservations before they arrived which left them eating the buffet every night as the restaurants were all booked by preimum level guests. The Japanese Steakhouse, Santa Fe Steakhouse and Coral Seafood restaurants were the best. Don't waste your time at Dolce Vita, the Italian restuarant, it was subpar at best. The beach is lovely! Soft sand, no rocks, plenty of space to spread out. The beach around the middle of the resort is very busy and cramped but there is plenty of room on the sides of the resort where you are not on top of other people. The shows in the Grand Theater are good and my mother really enjoyed the singing and dancing. The Discotech and Casino are ok, nothing great but we weren't there for that. We were there to relax and enjoy. Make sure YOU TIP YOUR BARTENDERS. You will get service that is much better if you do. Remember, these people feed their families off your tips and a $5.00 tip goes a long way.
