    “Very Bad Experience”

    The staff was not friendly at all. At the check in, they didn't even offer any help in carrying our luggage to our room, instead they requested us to park the car in the underground parking and carry our luggage to the room by ourselves (there is no direct access to the hotel from the parking). Next day we asked for an iron bord, and the staff provided a badly damaged one !!! At the same day we contacted the room service to order dinner, they said "we will call you back as we are currently very busy", and they never call us back!! and when we contacted them back after 10 minutes they said "we told you that we will call you back, we are soo busy !!". Semply, it was one of the worst hotels that we ever stayed in.

    “a great stay!”

    after staying in a hotel in south Italy that we didn't fully liked, this was a great place and such a relief. the rooms are beautiful(cool lights by the way), great service and good breakfast. there's also plenty of parking space on the street and there's the hotel's parking itself. its looks like a business hotel but we enjoyed very much for our 2 night stay in Rome. worth everything.

    Amazing time in amazing room with amazing people. Room was fantastic, atmosphere wizard, reception helpfull - 110% satisfaction. Niw we're starting serching place where Barcelo have hotels, because we want more :)

    “Good Hotel for Asian Tourists”

    We have stayed two nights in this hotel. It's spacious, clean and well facilitated. Plus, there is a user friendly 4G cell phone in every guest room with free call and free internet within Italy. The guests can take it out while they are going out for tour. So using GPS, you don't need to get lost. Location is not in central Rome but the price is very good with the service. There is also an Asian restaurant 5 mins walk from the hotel, which named WOK. I saw many Asian tourist in this hotel. Such a safe and confortable place.
