    “another great year”

    we have gone to Allegro Playacar, with since our family was very young, it's a great place for families. Everyone is very friendly the place is very clean. The remodeling is so great. A great place for families with young children.

    “Next time, maybe another hotel...”

    I'm a regular travel person but this was my first time at a resort and the experience was very poor. I went to this hotel just to relax as a stop between destinantions and upon arrival i was invited to a VIP Breakfast which would last no more than 90 min. Well this was a trick to sell me Time-Sharing with some very agressive tactics and took 3h of my time. I dont have any problem with trying to sell other products while your clients are resting, but you should at least give them a choice or let them know before you took their time. After all they are your guests!!! The food is ok, but after 2 days it feels like you're eating the same everyday...so not much variaty... Location is good, rooms are good and there is a lot of entertainment if that is your kind of stuff. The staff is not completly aware of the policies as i got 4 different informations from 5 different staff members.

    “Quiet atmosphere and great beach!”

    This is a nice quiet and clean resort! Newly remodeled. Ok food. You never had an issue getting a chair at the beach! May not be huge resort but lots to do outside of the resort. Close to town and you feel very safe. Loved the thatched roofs!

    “Amazing holiday!”

    My boyfriend and I travelled from U.K. stayed at this hotel for 11 nights, it was absolutely perfect! ALL staff couldn't do enough for us! Very friend, polite and always smiling! We really took to: Victor (waiter for breakfast) Neri (waiter for evening) Manuel who was bringing drinks to us on the beach and around the pool!! Not to forget Rafael who always come to speak to us. He was lovely! But every member of staff were amazing!! Room were nice, food was good always something to eat through the day. My boyfriend and I are planning to go back next year we loved it that much!!

    “We'll be back ASAP!”

    My family and I stayed at the Allegro Playacar for 7 nights this past week and had the most fun and relaxing time. The beach is absolutely fantastic, the service was wonderful- everyone was so kind, the food was consistently great (huge variety day by day), and the grounds were beautifully kept. The entertainment staff by the beach was excellent as well; they were a very energetic group of people who had all sorts of fun activities going all day long. There were only two things we would like to point out that were not so great: First, the beds were SO HARD. It was like sleeping on cement, really. Although, we managed to get used to this somehow. Second, there were tons of activities going on during the morning and afternoon hours, however, at night there wasn't as much happening. They had a show performed at the stage every night around 9:30 but they were ok. Nothing wildly entertaining. If there was an additional activity offered at night, that would be nice. Despite those two things, we had a really nice time and have already begun planning our return!
