    “Pleasant stay”

Nice hotel with well appointed rooms, plenty pools and good selection of food in the restaurant. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Well located with the beach, and shops and restaurants within a couple of minutes. All in all a very pleasant break

    “Ideal hotel for families”

Lovely clean hotel and extensive grounds, all well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lots of activities for the energetic! This hotel seemed very popular with French families but people mixed well. Lots of 3 generation families which was lovely to see.

“Good value for money with the 'All inclusive' option”

My teenage daughter and I booked this hotel for 5 nights in the first week of July. Check in was super efficient, but I had to pay 30 euros in tax that I wasn't expecting! Children under 16 are apparently free. Our room was lovely and clean, loads of wardrobe space and hangers for my daughters holiday dresses! No kettle in the room which was a bit disappointing as I like cuppa in the morning. The rooms are a little on the small side but we were out most of the day and evening and there's a few English TV channels, BBC and ITV. The food was good especially the pizza & pasta. station where the pasta is cooked and mixed with the sauce of your choice (normally 3 to choose from). The restaurant is open until 10pm and has food themes most nights. The only negative is the orange juice at breakfast which was very watered down and quite horrid to drink. Great coffee served at the outside pool bar. Also chicken nuggets, chips, hot dogs and burgers served there all day. We always got sunbeds by the pools whatever time of day and we enjoyed swimming and the pools get warmer through out the day. There's a fantastic childrens pool and play area which is a little walk out of the hotel and through the grounds, there is also a bar and volleyball court down there. We found the aqua fit a lot of fun and the dancing lessons. The beach is a short walk away and there is no shade unless you buy a parasol, but we went down to the beach for a quick dip early evening and found this the best time to go. There are 2 supermarkets and several restaurants by the beach and a pharmacy. We didn't use the Spa as it was 19 euros each for a couple of hours.

    “Nice break in Punta Prima”

Very nice hotel in quiet Punta Prima. Staff always on hand to help, entertain and ensure a good stay for guests. Good range in restaurant, standard for this type of hotel and variety each evening, overall absolutely fine, would book again, to chill.

We stayed go 10 days in the gorgeous clean family orientated hotel! I would go again in a heartbeat. So much for the kids to do (although just a bit concerned about the gate open in the kids area??) our daughter (almost 4yrs old) loved all 4 pools which meant we never got bored! Food was great. Always lots of choice. Make sure you visit the pasta bar outside! We had room 4310 and it was fantastic! A quiet top floor room with a view. Interconnecting rooms for us and our daughter. I emailed ahead and asked for a roomlike this and they delivered on every aspect. We were so pleased! Our daughter got tonsillitis on the second day there and the staff were fantastic at getting us a doctor ASAP. Within 2 days she was back in the pool. The only downside for us is that it took a while to find her an English speaking friend! She was desperate for a playmate and there were a lot of Italian, Spanish and French there. Not a bad thing at all but just hard for her! Thanks Occidental Menorca for a wonderful first family holiday. We will definitely be back!

A discount* or promotional code (also appears as “promo code”) is a combination of letters and/or numbers that gives a discount on the normal rate. If you have a discount code, enter it when booking and you will receive a discount on your booking. Once you have entered this code, the prices shown in step 1 of the booking process will already include the relevant discount.

The discount does not apply to prices on extras and/or extra services, neither does it apply to prices on last available rooms. You can only apply one discount code per booking which will only be valid at the time of making your booking.**

The maximum amount of accumulated discount will be at most 25% off the rate for hotels in Latin America and at most 20% off the rate for European and Mediterranean hotels. It is possible to combine a discount code with a special discount*** (discounts when you book multiple rooms, senior, resident, millennials, large families, etc.) and the discount for being a my Barceló client.

*Barceló reserves the right to accept the application of advertised discounts.

**The application of the discount code is not valid upon arrival at the hotel; the discount is only applicable at the time of booking.

***The hotel will request to see valid official documents to verify compliance with the conditions for the discount codes and special discounts. In the event of not providing valid official documents or non-compliance, the hotel reserves the right to charge the amounts that were deducted from the original reservation.
