    “Amazing”

    I am here currently and it is one of the best holidays/hotels I have ever stayed at. There is a good choice of food always with things on offer for people who don’t want to try new things (like pizza, pasta, chips etc) The drinks for all inclusive is fab, I have never been all inclusive where cocktails are included but here they are!! Aircon is free and the maids come in and clean the room every day! The rooms are a good size with a balcony which is again a good size - you do have to pay quite a bit extra if you want a sea view but that isn’t an essential as your view is only other hotel blocks which isn’t an eyesore. The pools are massive (there are two big pools, one kiddy pool and one for the spa) with lots of sun beds and strict rules on reserving which we haven’t found has been a problem If you’re into it they show the football (the champions league and europa league semi finals were shown which made the boyfriend happy) Everyone is very friendly and helpful especially the reception staff and bell boy who shows you to your room in a golf buggy giving you a mini tour en route which I thought was nice Only a very short walk to the beach - they do run a shuttle if people can’t walk far. The only thing that put a little dampener on the hotel was the check in times - we arrived at 1pm and we knew before we came that check in was at 2 so were fully prepared to wait and whilst waiting we were allowed our all inclusive bands and went for lunch. We were told that it could be sooner than 2 so to come back before then to check. So 1:45 came and the room wasn’t ready so they said to come back at 2 again we were aware of this so it didn’t bother us but then we went back at 2 and it still wasn’t ready and so when we finally went back at 2:45 it was finally ready. Again this wasn’t the be all and end all because there were a lot of other things that made this hotel perfect. (There were facilities to get changed into something more appropriate for the weather) Overall if you’re looking for a relaxing holiday this hotel is perfect for you. (Ps wear sun cream as the wind tricks you into thinking you don’t need it)

    “Third visit”

    Our third time in this fabulous hotel. We can't find fault with it. Friendly staff, receptionists, bar staff,waitresses & waiters, they can't do enough for you.Even if they are busy they will find time to chat. Delicious food & wine. Rooms spotlessly clean with fresh towels every day. My husband & I have found "Our happy place" so a fourth visit is definitely a must.

    “Mixed feelings - a nice time, but wouldn’t return”

    Hadn’t appreciated that this hotel is a ‘wing’ of a much bigger hotel, and the reception/ service at this hotel is limited to ‘business hours’, so you end up dealing with the not so nice ‘Occidental Jandia Playa’. The overall feeling is ‘Tired’. It’s in need of a refurb, isn’t particularly clean, and not all staff give a very good service. We had some blood stains on our bathroom floor ~12 drops, which I spotted on day 2, took 3 complains over 3 days for them to finally clean it properly and remove the stains. Not to mention long black hairs (obviously not ours), and a generally filthy floor throughout. However, the food was good, the alcohol at the restaurant reasonable, and pool area nice and chilled. I felt the lack of places to drink of an evening (one green, no atmosphere lounge) was a real shame, and as soon as you left the ‘Royal Level wing’ you were in a bog standard 3* hotel. We chilled out, and made the most, but on the whole felt it was a shame - for what we paid, I hoped for more. We won’t return!

    “Mixed feelings - a nice time, but wouldn’t return”
