    “Great hotel!!!”

    A lovely hotel in the East side of Madrid. Staff was extremely friendly and the hotel is very clean and looks very new. A good variety at breakfast to get you starting the day. Metros are walking distances so theres no problem at all to get to the main high streets

    “Decent value for money”

    Everything was fine. Polite staff, well equipped, good amenities. Food was also alright. Location is not that bad either. There is a bus going to IFEMA if you need and metro to the city centre is fairly close. If I had to complain, here it is: I asked to turn the sauna on twice. The first time, the temperature was set to 45 degrees and the thermostat was key locked. The second time, I asked specifically to set the temperature at least to 80 degrees, but again it was set to 45. Please fix this, the finnish sauna only makes sense in 80-100 degrees.

    “Top quality hotel ”

    Lovely hotel with great service Front desk are helpful and professional and accommodating when I wanted to practise my Spanish! Room was modern, clean and comfortable Bar area is small but well stocked and service is good - there are many places to eat locally too Plenty of space to work in the lobby too - which they are very happy to allow

    “Poor front desk service”

    A gentleman asked for an extension of 1 night, at the front desk, a manager in charge was heard to tell the gentleman that all rooms were booked and he would have to make an application to his boss for approval. The gentleman considered that to be too complicated and said that he would rather look for another hotel. Then the hotel manager told/threatened him that if you look for another hotel and later decided to come back to us, we will not accept you to be our guest. What????? Where is the reason and logic????? The gentlemen scratched his head wondering what a place he is in.

    “Nice business Hotel close to my office”

    Is a nice hotel, very close to my office with good service and nice fitness room. Cheaper than other hotel with the same service in the area. Good restaurant choices and comfortable rooms. It is as well close to 2 main avenues and the subway
