With an elegant and welcoming design, the Arrozante restaurant at the Occidental Puerto Banús hotel welcomes diners in an incomparable setting and with a gastronomic proposal based on signature rice dishes, where the flavour and quality of the raw material are the real protagonists of the table.

Arrozante is committed to a cuisine in contact with the land and traditional Spanish recipes, with rice dishes made from a star ingredient: dynamite rice from the Albufera de Valencia. This rice is grown by hand in the Valencian Ribera Baja region, the cradle of paella and rice cultivation on the peninsula, unleashing the passion of the most famous chefs in the country.

Arrozante is much more than a restaurant: it is a tribute to rice, with the expert guidance of Carlos Otaola, one of Spain's great rice masters. Its menu stands out for the bombita rice from the Albufera de Valencia, used to make classics such as Valencian or Iberian paella, black rice or senyoret, as well as brothy rice. Along with these traditional references, contemporary creations coexist that surprise the palate, offering a gastronomic experience that combines tradition, quality and creativity in every bite.

Arrozante also has an extensive menu of starters, with great classics of Spanish gastronomy where seafood takes centre stage, as well as fideuás and different varieties of seafood.
