Yonathan Rodríguez Mesa is known for being the leader and creator of the Coctelería de Territorio project in Maresia (Royal Hideaway Corales Resort), where he prepares a signature menu with 100% local produce. Yonathan has been proclaimed Best Bartender in Spain 2023 by the FABE (Federation of Spanish Bartender Associations).
