    “3 day business trip”

    Very nice facilities, great location, they could get a little bit faster when it comes to service at the reception. Gym also needs a slight upgrade. Very nice and clean rooms with ample space. Bunch of good restaurants in walking distance.

    This hotel offered lovely rooms and great customer service. They were very attentive to our needs and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. I would like to come back for a visit for leisure time the next time I come.

    Great place for family and business. love the breakfast at the first floor. good people, generous and fantastic service. make you feel like home. very friendly people. always this is the only hotel I like to visit for family and business. fantastic for anyone to have a good and safe in DR.

    “Business hotel”

    This hotel is mostly for business people, its very nice in a nice area. There's restaurants that are walking distance. The room was clean and nice. The only thing i didn't like was the type of Iron they have, they only have a steamer but it didn't work for the dress i wanted to wear.

    “Excellence in Customer Services: An example in case!”

    My experience with this hotel was nothing but outstanding. The hotel generally boasts with impressive facilities, the most comfy beds and a pittoresque garden in the backyard, that you would only imagine from romance movies. Their food is of high quality and provides colourful options throughout the day. Their SPA treatments are reasonably priced and of a good standard. What is most striking about the place however, is the hotel's most service-oriented staff. In my case, I even was helped most caring, when I had health issues due to excessive sun exposure and circulatory problems. Guest Management, which is spearheaded by the fabulous Julianny Sanchez, couldn't have been more helpful and caring and even accompanied me to the hospital in the ambulance! Really have received the best of assistance and couldn't be more grateful for their support, which included free ice and drinks and the required medicine delivered from a local pharmacy to my room, when I was discharged from hospital. This is something I truly had not expected from upmarket hotel, regardless of their 5 star status - which is more than deserved from any angle you could possibly look at.
