¿Qué debes saber antes de reservar?

• As explained on our product details page: The product will be sent via email within the last 24 hours before the start of your booking - subject to our store operation hours. Operating hours (UTC+2 zone & subject to daylight savings): Weekdays from 8 A.M to 2 P.M Weekends from 8 A.M to 4 P.M == The product is usable only on eSIM compatible devices that are not locked by carrier/network provider(having no SIM restrictions). We will not take responsibility or refund cases of customers having incompatible devices. == After you receive your eSIM product please make sure that you have completed all the steps from our quick guide instructions: Quick Guide: 1. Make sure you have a good WiFi connection, preferably not a satellite connection (found on ships or airplanes) nor free WiFis (like cafes or airports), as these might not work. 2. Go to Settings > Cellular/Mobile Data > Add eSIM / Add Cellular plan. 3. Scan the eSIM with your phone’s camera to install it. 4. Find the newly installed eSIM on the list and assign it as the main/primary for cellular data. You might want to deactivate other SIMs/plans, to make sure you avoid charges from the data roaming feature. 5. ENABLE data roaming for the newly installed eSIM. 6. Restart your device.
