At the Italian restaurant La Dolce Vita, within the Barcelo Fes Medina, the gastronomic experience is designed as a journey through contemporary Italian cuisine. The concept is led by the chef Niki Pavanelli, which reinterprets classic Italian recipes with modern techniques and quality products.
