What should you know before you go?
- If you are prone to seasickness, do not hesitate to take an anti-seasickness pill. Remember to follow the instructions for use so that it can take effect
- You must bring your ID or passport. Tickets are non-transferable, we check the identity of passengers boarding
- Pets, sharp objects, fishing gear and feeding cetaceans are not allowed
- The activity may be canceled due to lack of a minimum number of participants or due to adverse weather conditions. In these cases, an alternative date will be offered or a full refund of the amount paid
- There is a possibility of not sighting cetaceans due to weather, tides or their own movements, as it is a purely natural, unplanned event. In case of not seeing any species on the route, we offer you a repeat ticket
- We have a special price for seniors over 65 years old
