Immerse yourself in a unique gastronomic evening in Arrozante, where the culinary tradition of Cádiz is mixed with a delicate nod to Galicia in a tasting menu specially designed for lovers of good food. This experience combines authentic flavors, local products and modern techniques in a culinary tour that celebrates the sea in every bite.
The experience begins with a selection of Aperitifs in the center, which represent the essence of our cuisine:
Potatoes dressed with melva, enhanced with the freshness of Chamomile.
Palo Cortado scented prawns, where the character of this wine envelops every bite.
Glass shrimps with pepper and egg, accompanied by the elegance of Amontillado.
The main course is the heart of Arrozante, where rice takes center stage:
Black rice with carabineros, made with squid, dogfish, shrimp tail and squid ink. An intense rice full of flavor, balanced with the freshness and minerality of a Terras Gaudas, the Galician touch that completes the experience.
Finally, a dessert that conquers the senses:
Brownie with vanilla ice cream, whose chocolate intensity is perfectly combined with the softness of Pedro Ximénez, creating a sweet and harmonious closure.
