- Minors must be accompanied by at least one adult.
- Tickets must be redeemed at the stadium box office 5 minutes before the start of the tour. For Saturday sessions at 4:30 p.m., tickets will be exchanged directly with the tour staff. If they are not validated, access may be denied.
- Special rate holders must present their membership card and identity document at the entrance of the tour.
- Free entry for children under 5 years old.
- On match days, the changing rooms will be equipped and, therefore, will be inaccessible.
- The stadium tour may be suspended or modified without prior notice for sporting or organizational reasons. In such cases, tickets can be redeemed for another date. - Groups: For group bookings (schools, institutions, private groups, companies), contact hola@bstadium.es
- Refund Policy: Refunds available up to 15 days before the scheduled experience
- Free cancellation or change of date up to 15 days before the selected date and time
- Less than 15 days in advance: cancellations are not allowed
