We’ll find three rappels and several ledges, jumps, and slides. The final section of the ravine is very beautiful, with its two waterfalls. No previous experience is necessary.

What you need to bring
Swimsuit; we’ll use it as a change of clothes under the wetsuit and as a layer for the approach and return.
Footwear; you’ll need shoes that will get wet, with good soles and that can be laced up. The ravines are slippery.
Thermal clothing; for those who feel the cold, thermal clothing is recommended. Any mesh or synthetic t-shirt (polyamide, polyester, fleece) will do.
Towel; this will be very useful for drying off and changing clothes at the end of the activity.
Shoes and a change of clothes.
For those who wear glasses, it is recommended to tie them with a strap or go without them.
For those who wear contact lenses, it is recommended to cover them with swimming goggles for jumps or slides.
