You won’t need to search for local SIM cards or make any physical changes to your device. Once you receive your eSIM, simply follow the quick installation guide to activate it correctly. The process includes scanning the QR code provided, setting the eSIM as the primary option for mobile data, enabling data roaming and restarting your device.

What should you know before you go?

• Minimum age: 18 years
• The eSIM will be sent by email within the 24 hours prior to the start of the booking, in line with operating hours
• Operating hours (UTC+2, subject to daylight saving time): weekdays from 08:00 to 14:00, weekends from 08:00 to 16:00
• Valid only on eSIM-compatible devices that are not carrier-locked (no SIM restrictions)
• No refunds are offered for incompatible devices
• A stable WiFi connection is required for installation (satellite WiFi or unstable public networks are not recommended)
• It is advisable to disable other SIM cards or plans to avoid roaming charges
• Data roaming must be enabled on the installed eSIM
• The device must be restarted after installation
• If the QR code cannot be scanned, the details provided by email can be entered manually
