We will meet with the guide at your chosen departure point—Málaga, Torremolinos, Benalmádena, Fuengirola, Marbella, or Estepona—and board the coach to begin your excursion to Gibraltar and a dolphin-watching boat trip in the Strait of Gibraltar from Málaga and the Costa del Sol.
During the journey, you’ll enjoy the scenic drive along Málaga and the Costa del Sol while our guide shares interesting facts and stories about this British Overseas Territory. Once we arrive in La Línea, we will cross the border—please remember to check your documentation in advance to access Gibraltar.
After arriving in Gibraltar, you will have free time to explore places such as Casemates Square, the Alameda Botanical Gardens, Marina Bay, or visit beaches like Sandy Bay or Catalan Bay, as well as shop along Main Street. You can do all of this either before or after the dolphin-watching experience.
Our guide will show you how to get to The Square, located in Gibraltar’s port, where the boat will depart for the dolphin-watching tour. For approximately one and a half hours, we will sail through the waters where the Mediterranean Sea meets the Atlantic Ocean in search of different species of cetaceans. On board, the guide will share fascinating insights about the species we encounter, as well as interesting facts about the Strait, which has been declared a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve.
After the boat trip, you will once again have free time to continue exploring Gibraltar. You may also take the opportunity to enjoy lunch—perhaps trying traditional fish and chips.
At the time indicated by your guide, we will meet again for the return journey to the original pick-up point.
