• 50% of the tour price will be charged for cancellations made after 17:00 the day before the tour. 100% of the tour price will be charged for cancellations made on the same day of the tour.
• The hotel reserves the right to cancel the event if it does not reach a minimum number of reservations. In this case, the experience will be reimbursed in full or it will be modified on the day of the experience if it fits the customer.
