What is the capacity of the Barceló Hotels' halls for events?
Capacity varies depending on the hotel. We have lounges ranging from cosy rooms for committee meetings of up to 10 people, to large auditoriums with capacity for more than 1,000 attendees, such as at Barceló Sevilla Renacimiento or Barceló Punta Umbría Beach Resort. Is it possible to privatise the hotel or spaces for the event?
Yes, subject to availability, hotel and requirements, we can privatise spaces or even the entire hotel to guarantee privacy and exclusivity for your event.
What is the cancellation and flexibility policy for Meet groups?
We offer flexible conditions, with cancellation terms adapted according to volume, season and advance notice. For large events, we have staggered payment and cancellation plans.
Are there special rates for corporate groups?
Yes, we offer negotiated rates for groups starting from 10 rooms. We tailor our services to meet your company's specific needs, offering a solution that suits your budget.
Can the gastronomy for events be customised?
Of course. Our chefs adapt menus for specific needs such as vegetarian, vegan, halal, kosher, or gluten-free. We also develop themed proposals and showcookings for incentives or gala dinners.
Are the spaces accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, all our spaces are designed to ensure full accessibility. We meet the highest inclusion standards under our Barceló ReGen sustainability programme.
Is it possible to conduct a site inspection before confirming?
Yes, we provide inspection visits by appointment. In some cases, we may partially or fully cover the expenses if the group is confirmed afterwards.
