Inspirational Chef Stories build on the legacy of Inspirational Chef Program, once again turning Tenerife into a meeting point for internationally renowned figures in fine dining. On 28 November and 29, Albert Adrià and the Padrón Brothers will star in an exclusive six-hand dining experience inspired by the richness and uniqueness of the Canary Islands' skies.
Inspirational Chef Stories Astronomy Edition
With astronomy as its starting point in 2026, the prestigious Catalan chef and the award-winning Canarian chefs will spend two days exploring the relationship between fine dining and the extraordinary skies of the Canary Islands.
A gastronomic, cultural and sensory encounter featuring exclusive dinners, conversations with experts (Inspirational Talks), a visit to the Izaña Observatory on Mount Teide, and an experience in a winery practising biodynamic agriculture.

ALBERT ADRIÀ
A key figure in contemporary cuisine. Following his time at elBulli and his work leading projects such as Tickets, Pakta, Bodega 1900, Hoja Santa or Heart Ibiza, Albert Adrià now develops his most personal culinary concept at Enigma.His precise, emotive and surprising cuisine keeps alive the innovative spirit associated with the Adrià name and has earned him two Michelin stars.
PADRÓN BROTHERS
Albert Adrià will share the kitchen in Tenerife with Juan Carlos and Jonathan Padrón, chefs at El Rincón de Juan Carlos, a restaurant located at Royal Hideaway Corales Resort and awarded two Michelin stars and three Repsol Suns. Their cuisine draws on local produce, the Atlantic and Canarian identity to create a fine dining concept that combines roots, precision and a contemporary interpretation of the region.
