The Renny and Andrea rooms are indoors and are located on floor -1. They also have an open space for coffee breaks and a small outdoor patio. The Vilhoa room is located on floor 0 and has natural light.

The hotel also offers the possibility of holding events in the BHeaven outdoor space, on the hotel's rooftop, with a bar for drinks and where exhibitions, parties and cocktail receptions, among others, can be organised. It has a maximum capacity of 120 people.
