La Santa María takes the Spanish tapa to a whole new level by fusing typical Andalusian gastronomy and its typical products with those of other parts of the world, such as Genoa, the Canary Islands or Havana, following in Christopher Columbus' footsteps–after whose ship the restaurant is named. It also offers brunch and snacks, presenting a delicious cake and dessert menu from around the world. The restaurant also offers an extensive list of cocktails and spirits.
