The Spa at the Barceló Tambor, located in the middle of its gardens, offers a relaxed atmosphere surrounded by nature that invites you to disconnect and take care of yourself. It is the perfect place to enjoy massages, body treatments, facials, and beauty salon services. In addition, it has saunas, a hot tub, massage rooms, and a fully equipped gym.

The hotel offers its guests a wide range of massages, facials, and body treatments, as well as manicure and pedicure services, ensuring that each guest feels refreshed on the outside and deeply revitalised on the inside.

Treatments include relaxing, therapeutic, and deep tissue massages, aromatherapy, scrubs, wraps, and facial cleanses. It also offers special programmes like Peace, Strength, Healing, Romance, Reanimations and Harmony, which combine a sauna, massages, facials and scrubs, with individual or couples options.

The spa uses products from Catalina Collections, a Costa Rican brand of natural cosmetics.

Conditions: there is no minimum age as long as minors are accompanied by an adult. Pregnant women can enjoy the services from the third month of gestation, as long as there are no complications. It is recommended that appointments are booked 24 hours in advance.

The Barceló Tambor hotel offers its guests a fully equipped gym so that the most active guests can continue their training routine during their holidays in Costa Rica.

Within the spa facilities, the gym is open from 05:00 to 00:00 and features a multifunctional machine, treadmill, exercise bikes, dumbbells, mats, rubber bands, and therapeutic balls. In addition, it offers showers and lockers, as well as water, facial towels, and disinfection material, which are always available.

Access is allowed to guests over 16 years of age who comply with the rules of dress and order. It hasn't got specialized staff, so each guest must perform their own routine.
