Monday to Friday from 08.00 to 22.00 hrs.
Saturdays and Sundays from 08.00 to 14.00 hrs. and from 16.00 to 20.00 hrs.
Children under 18 years of age are not allowed to enter.

Barceló Punta Umbría Beach Resort has opted to create a unique and pioneering space in a hotel complex in terms of infrastructure, service, schedule and equipment: assault bikes, oars, climbing ropes, hitting ropes, jumping boxes, bars and discs for weightlifting exercises , dumbbells, ketbells, rack with bars and rings for gymnastic exercises, sled with specific lane, balls, rubber bands, double jump ropes.
All this in an enviable environment surrounded by natural areas for running and with 4 km of beach.
Our trainers (certified in Crossfit Level 1 ) provide a daily strength and conditioning training system based on functional exercises.
