If your reservation has been affected by COVID-19 and there is proper confirmation, Barceló Hotel Group provides for fully flexible reservation changes which ensure 100% flexibility if you postpone your reservation up to 24 hours prior to arrival. This applies to individual reservations with a check-in date of up to August 31, 2021. You will have the possibility of changing your reservation date so that, when this has happened, you can enjoy your stay within the next 12 months from your check-in date and, of course, enjoying the best price guaranteed.

For any modifications and changes that you need to make to your booking, please contact our Call Center by dialing the customer service phone number in your country.
