    Room was quite cold when I come. However, room cleanliness, bed comfort and quiet at place was perfect. Just wellnes is still missing... Generally, nice, modern hotel with touch of luxury. Friendly approach of staff, etc.

    “Long weekend in Prague”

    The hotel has great wifi signal inside and right outside the hotel. The staff members were really helpful & friendly, and always assisted us with getting around. The hotel is also in easy walking distance to the metro to get around to tourist attractions.

    “Hotel is pretty good, service isn't.”

    We stayed here for five nights, and the hotel has a lot of potential. The hotel itself is great, nothing too fancy but good enough. However the service isn't too good. Asked for a bath instead of a shower due to the surgery I had, but they didn't give us a room with a bath. That's okay, we're reasonable: if all rooms are taken, so be it. Then we were placed in a room across the elevators, which was pretty terrible due to the noise, but once again: if all rooms are taken, so be it. But one morning, around 8 am, suddenly someone of the hotel walked into our room while we were still asleep. Since housekeeping usually started when we were already away from the hotel (let's say at least 11am), we were not expecting anyone and were pretty scared. We mentioned it at checkout, but I don't think they really seemed to get how upsetting that can be. Overall, great hotel for a trip to Prague, but don't expect the best service.

    “Modern and Sleek ”

    The room was clean sleek and modern with hard wooden floor. The double room i shared with a friend was quite small but still comfortable. My major issue was the bathroom or lack. On entertaining the room to the left was the sink and on either side was the toilet and shower with slide door. On this occasion this modern design was on a practical as upon entering the bathroom area and turning the light on would wake up my friend. Breakfast was not the best with very few options and odd options like pasta and rice. I didn't enjoy the breakfast. The hotel is located outside the city centre and is 5 stops from away the nearest metro is 7-10 minutes walk away.

    “There are better hotels in Prague”

    During our stay in that hotel, around midnight we were woke up with a loud sound alarm message that said "This is a test evacuation message". The message would repeat over and over again. It stopped at last and then repeated again in 10 minutes or so. I had to go down to the reception desk to find out that somebody smoked in their room and that triggered the fire alarm to play that message in every room of the hotel. That was ridiculous. Obviously, the fire alert wasn't setup properly because the hotel didn't care to do it. Room service is annoying and would enter the room w/o permission and knock on the doors early in the mornings to sell their minibar offerings.
