    “Dominican love”

    Loves this resort. Everything was amazing. The food was great. Especially at the steakhouse restaurant! Only thing I didn't like was the fact that the beach had so much seaweed. I would definitely stay again!

    “Big Resort - Nice and Clean - Good Selection of Food - Staff Need Improvement”

    Stayed here with 8 friends aged 21-28. Swimming pools are HUGE! Plenty of bars dotted around the resort to grab at a drink at any time. The beach is also amazing, crystal clear water and white sand. The evening entertainment is AWESOME! I have seen 'Thriller' at 'The Lion King' in the West End and the performances at the hotel were not far off from that; just on obviously a slightly more budgeted scale. The resort is located about a 10 minute walk from a strip which contains quite a few bars, clubs and fast food places to eat, so it's a decent night out and saves you having to pay $70 odd to get into Coco Bongo miles away. The staff in the hotel speak very little English so communication can be difficult sometimes; it definitely helps if you know a little Spanish! The staff also need to work on being a bit more friendly and polite. But overall, very good holiday and I'd stay here again.

    “Relax and Enjoy”

    Fun with friends and family!! I definitely would recommend this for couples who want to relax, if looking to party as young adults I suggest to go somewhere else for the young and single people. Overall it was a wonderful experience

    “The Lion King Mini Show ”

    Our kids loved participating in the Lion King Mini show that the Kids Club puts on. Thanks to Esperanza, Cuchy, Genesis, and most importantly Cerna for their awesome service and spectacular care of our children. Our vacation wouldn't have been the same without them!

    “Unfriendly, terrible food, hospitals”

    We stayed with multiple friends at the First Club. No top shelf alcohol although it is advertised, we couldn't sit together at any restaurants even though we made reservations, unfriendly staff, no servers at the pool or beach, and worst of all 4 members of our group had to go to the hospital upon returning having SALMONELLA and E. COLI!!!! If you value your health then do not go here...

In order to audit those standards on a regular basis, we have hired an outsourced company called Crystal Worldwide LTD, a UK based company represented by Crystal Americas, S.A. Crystal is used by most hotel chains and tour operators doing business in the Dominican Republic, Europe, US as well as Canada. In addition to this, our Quality Control team carries out laboratory testing on a monthly basis to ensure the standards of hygiene of our food and drink sources and storage areas. Once again, we thank you for choosing to stay with us and hope that in the future you reconsider letting us host you again. We guarantee that we will not only meet, but surpass your expectations.
