    “April 2018 - Blocks 10-11-12 not renovated yet”

    Room : Block 10-11-12 are not renovated and really in bad shape. We've asked for a renovated one. We enjoyed our stay. Pros: Beach, pools, chairs Cons: No palapas, only one clay court Tennis, no pool table

    “Great property and affordable!”

    We went for spring break March 11-18. We are a family of 4, ages 49,48,16,17. Little did we know we landed when many many spring breakers were at the hotel. POOL: We loved every minute of it. Music was great, service was great, food was good. My favorite was the poolside burgers and fries. If you want a quieter pool to read etc. there is a nice quiet pool for relaxing, and reading. You wont hear the fun pool at all. FOOD: Pizza was very good home made special order peperoni bacon its not on the menu, my own special. Amazing. The resturaunts were nice, good food. Dinner buffet was a typical buffet. Find what you like and roll with it. Home made pasta bar at the buffet was really tasty. Breakfast buffet was good as well. Home made to order omlets, scrabled eggs, etc. French toast, fruit, pretty much everything imaginable. BEVERAGES: We had mainly beer. It was cold and tasty on the hot days. Drinks were good as well, but be careful in the hot sun. Tipping a little $1 here and there always helps with service. Bartenders were nice and made good drinks. If you are in a hurry, not going to happen. They work at their own pace, not yours. Relax and enjoy the atmosphere. ROOM: Everything was clean and neat. Our room was an ocen view, and we could see the ocean but do not confuse ocean front with view. Friends were in the ocean front, and I do not think its worth the money as most of the time you are not in the room. Overall my family had a blast. From the foam parties, to water aerobics, volleyball, food, entertainment, check in to check out, we had a blast. One and only one note. We have a 17 year old girl spanish exchange student with us. The security guys that worked there were not afraid to hit on her, right in front of me. I think they were

    “Royal Club Member”

    This is second visit in 2 years. The Grand Level unit upgrades are the very best. The individual Jacuzzi is a welcome addition. The service at the Grand Level continues to be excellent. Samuel does a wonderful job and he has a great team supporting him. Food quality has suffered some since last visit but still is above average for a-la-carte. Please lose the Kenny G. music at the pool. It gets annoying after a couple years.

    “Great Resort!!!”

    I stayed at this resort in April 2017. We had a relatively large group of 11 adults and 3 children. Some adults were local, some traveled from Miami, some from Boston and my wife and I from Colorado. Though we all came from different areas we were all 150% satisfied with the amenities the resort had to offer. We tried pretty much every restaurant and I have to say that the variety of different foods offered at every restaurant are second to none. The food was also fresh, tasty and served at good temperatures for all meal periods. I really liked the way the resort handles the dinner meal periods by reservations only at some restaurants and a nicer dress code for the evening; teh alternative was to attend the buffet which was also awesome. Opportunities for late night dining were always available. Liquor selection was awesome. The staff was very cool and worked very hard at making sure all of our needs was always met. We also booked some excursions through the resort which we enjoyed very much!!!!!! I highly recommend this recommend this resort for anyone looking to have a nice all inclusive vacation in the Dominican Republic!!!!!!!

    “upgraded”

    I bought a superior room, asked for a gold bracelet. Paid an additional $140.00 to have certain privileges, but not the room. The management upgraded my room, I had no additional charges. Royal is very good.
