    “Not happy with First Club”

    I'm a web entrepreneur and need to be connected to internet full time. I've booked first club because of free internet. Well, although the coverage and speed is fine when connected, the code are not working half of the time. And you can only have one device connected at a time. Be aware if you need internet. Also, be advise that they have ocean front rooms where you barely see the ocean. Won't be back.

    “Great Vacation”

    The Resort was very nice. A lot of remodeling (so I'm told, we did not stay there before). The only thing we did not like was people trying to sell you expeditions / services while at the resort. Food was Excellent and drinks were plentiful... There was plenty of people around to help if you needed something.

    “OMIGOD!!!”

    As always, Dominican Republic staff are kind, helpful and friendly. Our flight was delayed and this is where United sent us. The grounds and the lobby are very pretty and tropical looking. That's where the fun ends! We arrived at 9:00pm after being trapped at airport for hours! There was 5 in our party, with 4 different rooms. All the rooms were dingy looking with several problems. Issues... two towels period, hole in bathtub, leaks in bathroom with puddles of water, no hot water, broken phone, no privacy curtain, broken tv, dirty upholstery, peeling paint, rattling air conditioner. This place needs a major overhaul!! There were a lot of people staying here, cigarette smoke in abundance and eating like they were at their last meal!!

    “Amazing entertainment ”

    This beautiful resort had amazing people I loved that they welcomed me and showed me what the Dominican is really about . I loved the workers such as diva,Jose,Luis ismael,and roger . They had a smile on rainy days and nothing but a fun and good vibe I will surely miss them.

    “Worst treatment Ever!”

    I would never recommend this hotel. Worst stay ever. Front desk staff are horrible. They refused my guests from visiting me even though i was willing to pay for a day pass.... my guest were turn away from the gate....i had to go off the resort to have lunch with them.... the rooms are ugly poorly lit smells. We booked a double room when we arrived one bed.... after complaining the staff came and pulled out an old sofa bed which was very uncomfortable... i can go on and on about the horrible treatment... don't stay here they will treat u like pigs begging to stay in this place...
